What happens if it rains on the day?

You have a few options:

If there is space indoors at your venue we can setup inside. Most of our games can be played indoors or you can swap to ones that are more suitable for the space you have available.

We have gazebos available to hire to house our games and your guests. There is a £50 hire charge for these and they also come with a few umbrellas to help your guests stay dry coming too and from the tents.

Alternatively I will refund you half the money paid, as long as it is cancelled before I leave home to set up.

What areas do you cover?

We are happy to travel up to about an hour from Brough (HU15) so cover all of East Yorkshire and a large part of North Lincolnshire along with parts of  North, South & West Yorkshire.

This includes Hull, York, Leeds, Sheffield & Lincoln.

Do the packages include set up?

Yes, we set all the games up ready for you and your guests to start having fun, except where you are picking up the games yourself.

Can I mix games from different packages?

Yes, of course.

Just message me with your choice of games for a quote.

What time are the games collected?

Outdoor games are usually picked up after 9 or 10pm, depending on package (details are on the appropriate page).

This means we may be later than this as we often have other packages to pick up as well. 

Indoor games are picked up the following morning.

If you would like them collected by a certain time please let us know.

Can we keep the games for longer?

Usually.

We find people don't generally play the games once it's dark & the dancing's  started but if you are putting them in a floodlit area or indoors & would like to keep them longer just let us know and we will do our best to accommodate.

There may be an extra charge for this.

If we want the games for less time do we get a discount?

I'm afraid not.

It still takes us the same time to set up and clear down and we don't book them out to anyone else that day so we can't offer a discount. 

Does someone stay with the games?

This is not included in our packages but you can add this if you like.

Are these games suitable for children?

Yes, we have lots of games suitable for all ages from 2 to 102, although they will find some harder than others depending on their age.

All children need to be supervised while playing the games.

Do the games have to go on grass?

No, they can go on any surface as long as it is suitable for all your guests to walk on.

Some games such as jenga need a patch that is level but most are fine on a gentle slope.

Our venue needs some documents from you, is that a problem?

Absolutely not, we have public liability insurance and are happy to provide the certificate upon request.
